Collaborators

Agronomists and field operators at Paterson Grain provide us with valuable help and advice regarding field design as well as useful information such as soil analysis and wheat data.

Wheat quality laboratory services as well as milling of harvested wheat grains, baking and quality analysis of bread samples are provided by Cereals Canada.

Responsible for most of analytical activities of our research, such as chemical and rheological analysis, AAFC provides us with laboratory space, equipment and technical assistance towards achieving project goals.
